Begini bermulanya cerita yang ingin disampaikan. Pada 20 Mac 2007, akhbar Daily Express News di Sabah memaparkan sebuah artikel yang cukup menyayat hati. Sesiapa sahaja yang membacanya dapat membayangkan kedaifan hidup sebuah keluarga yang terpaksa kais pagi makan pagi, kais petang makan petang untuk terus bernyawa.

Have you heard that they had an AGM 25 July and decided that the President of Ansaraku and Treasurer will be from killerbatch. It is the first time we have been asked to lead the association. In addition to myself and Haji Roslan Ahmad (C), Nan is also on the 2009/2010 committee. I have been thinking the last one week ever since I heard the news and this is what I think...

When the idea was first raised just prior to the Killerbatch 30th anniversary reunion, quite frankly, my first thought was “shouldn’t the government be the one responsible to build the hostel for the school? Why do we have to do it ourselves?” Therefore I was not surprise when some people commented in the Tune Talk contest page that the SCC, as our partner, should just build the hostel using their own funds.

The moment we stepped away from the site, I had one quick glance at the board. What a surprise, someone had actually vandalized it with a note “Killerz wuz ‘ere !”. I wonder who that was. I have not seen those ever since we left Kulim.
